My Story
My name is Paula Kobina and I am the owner of Music By You: Piano&Voice Lessons. I have been singing and playing piano since the age of 8 years old. I am the product of an organ player and singer. I have performed and won at many recitals.
Lessons I Provide
I have different type of lessons for all ages and levels. I do ages 6 to 96 and levels beginner and intermediate.
Beginner Child Classes
Beginner Classes for children starting at the ages of 6 years old all the way to 13 years old.
They will start out of the Michael Aaron Grade One Book, and John Thompson Theory Drill Games Book One. They will take lessons once a week, four times a month. The lessons are one hour long. Consisting of 30 minutes for theory and 30 minutes for playing the piano *can be changed by request* These Lessons start at around 75$ per month.
Beginner Adult Classes
Beginner Classes for Adults starting at age 14 and above.
They will start out of the Alfrede Basic Adult Piano Book One. They will take lessons once a week, four times a month. The lessons are one hour long. And the whole time they will be learning on the piano.* can be changed by request* These lessons start at around 80$ per month.
Intermediate Child/ Adult Classes
Intermediate Classes for Children and Adults starting at age 6 and above.
The children will start out of the Michael Aaron Book 2 and the adults will start out of the Michael Aaron Book 3. They will take lessons once a week, four times a month. The lessons are one hour long. And the whole time they will be learning on the piano *can be changed by request* These Lessons will start at 85$ per month
